There is no downtime. You can return to your normal activities immediately after treatment.

You will notice an immediate sculpting effect after just one session, the results will last around 5 days.

If you are looking for a long-lasting sculpting effect or would like to target fine lines, wrinkles or sagging skin, a course of 10 treatments-spread over 5 weeks is recommended for best results. Followed by a monthly maintenance sessions to sustain the effects.  (In order for a muscle to hold this effect, it needs to be warmed up and the intensity of the muscle stimulation needs to be gradually increased for a long-term tone- just like the gym!)
